Semua orang pasti memiliki masa lalu.
Masa lalu ibarat kita melukiskan sebuah cerita.
Apakah kalian termasuk salah satu didalamnya?
Banyak dari kita bertanya seperti ini :
" Apakah mengingat masa lalu itu penting? "
Setiap orang memiliki ceritanya masing - masing.

Although it seems like the spread of spam-unwanted junk e-mails sent to millions of people each day - is a recent problem, spam has been around as long as the internet has. In fact, the first document case of spam occured in 1978, when a computer company sent out 400 e-mails via the Arpanet, the precursor to the modem Internet. Now, spam e-mails account for more than two-thirds of all the e-mails sent over the Internet and for some unlucky users, spam makes up 80 percent of the messages they receive. And despite technological innovations such as spam filters and even new legislation designed to combat spam, the problem will not go away easily.

The reason spammers - the people who and businesses that spread spam - are difficult to stop is that spam is so cost effective. It costs a spammer roughly one hundredth of a cent to send spam, which means that a spammer can still make a profit even with an extremely low response rate, as low as one sale per 100,000 e-mails sent. This low rate gives spammers a tremendous incentive to continue sending out millions and millions of e-mails, even if the average person never purchases anything from them. With so much at stake, spammers have gone to great lengths to avoid or defeat spam blockers and filters.

Most spam filters rely on a fairly primitive ''finger printing'' system. In this system, a program analyses several typical spam messages and identifies common features in them. Any arriving e-mails that match these features deleted. But the fingerprinting defence proves quite easy for spammers to defeat. To confuse the spam messages change ''fingerprint'' and thus allow the spam to escape detection. And the programmers modify the fingerprint software to look for random strings of letters, spammers respond by including non-random content, such as sport scores or stock prices, which again defeats the system.

A second possible solution takes advantage of computer's limited learning abilities. So called ''smart filters'' use complex algorithms, which allow them to recognize new versions of spam messages. These filters may be initially fooled by random characters or bogus content, but they soon learn to identify these features. Unfortunately, spammers have learned how to avoid these smart filters as well.
In today's society smartphones have become a way of life. In some ways, though, they have become an annoyance.
Many people use their smartphones at inappropriate times and places. For example, during meeting, while driving a car, not to mention while watching a movie. Therefore, some of them got accidents because of using smartphones for communication carelessly. In a fact, they could not achieve their destination or goals well.
On the other hand, the benefit of these smartphones, far outweight the disadvantages. Smartphones can help businessman for they problem about their work, it can be for take a photos, listen favorites music, sharing with friends, newest news and others.
So these magical devices or called smartphones have helped people for their problem about work or just about fun.
Computer and internet are useful as well as powerful. Information about health and safe usage of computer and internet, especially for children, should be owned by each family. Computer connected to internet is powerful way to socialize with others. It can be good but also bad effect. Recently we hear a lot of children get the advantage of social networking sites but we often see the news about the disadvantage of it for children. Safety of computer and internet usage should continue to be campaigned.
The role of parent is assisting and directing children in using computer is very necessary. Installation of software monitor such as key logger which has function to watch and note all activities relating to keyboard usage is helpful but not enough to protect children from potential harms. They see that all of that all of them have done are their privacy and no one may know.
We can not prevent children from using computer because it is multifuctional. However, many parents worry about what their kids do in front of the computer, whether they are doing homework or even just playing games. Or spending all time to surf the internet which is the materials do not fit with his age. There is a tendency, especially teenagers, want to become acquainted with many strangers out side. The lack parental supervision of children's activities is likely to pose a potential danger of them.
In short, considering the negative effect that may emerge, parental monitor against the use of computers needs to be done from time to time.

The number of people who smoke tends to increase year by year. However, the number of people who die because of smoking is also increasing.
People smoke for many reasons. To some people smoking relieve them from stress, other people smoke for prestige. Still others are smoking because of the influence of their environment. Smoking is also something pleasure and gives inspiration for creativity.
Smoking actually is a great health hazard because of its effects on the body. The average life ex-pectancy of a smoker is three to four years less than that of a nonsmoker. How does smoking harm our health? The nicotine found in tobacco harms the nervous system there by causes the smokers hard to give up smoking. Nicotine is also poisonous, consequently causing heart attacks, stomach disturbances and intestinal ulcer to heavy smokers. Moreover, the tars contained in tobacco are believed to be one of the major factors that lead to lung cancer and other types of cancer among others are bronchitis, emphysema, pneumonia and tuberculosis.
Additionally, pregnant mothers who smoke are likely to affect the embryo causing the baby after birth to suffer from bronchitis and pneumonia.
Another disadvantage of smoking is that a number of nonsmokers may be affected by inhaling the harmful smoke puffed even by one smoker.
So, think hard before you start smoking.
Cancer is a class of diseases in which of cells display uncontrolled growth (divison beyond the normal limits), invasion (instrusion on and destruction of adjacent tissues), and sometimes metastasis (spread to other locations in the body via lymph or blood). These three malignant properties of cancers differentiate them from benign tumors, which are self - limited, do not invade or metastasize. Most cancers form a tumor but some, like leukimia, do not.
Cancer may affect people at all ages, even fetuses, but the risk for most varieties increases with age. Cancer causes about 13% of all deaths. According to the American Cancer Society, 7.6 million people died from cancer in the world during 2007.
Nearly all cancers are caused by abnormalities in the genetic material of the transformed cells. These abnormalities may be due to the effects of carcinogens, such as tobacco smoke, radiation, chemicals or infectious agents. Other cancer - promoting genetic abnormalities may be randomly acquired through errors in DNA replication or are inherited and thus present in all cell from birth. The heritability of cancers are usually affected by complex interactions between carcinogens and the host's genome.

Diagnosis usually requires the histologic examination of a tissue biopsy specimen by a pathologist, although the initial indication of malignancy can be symptoms or radiographic imaging abnormalities. Most cancers can be treated and some cured, depending on the spesific type, location and stage. Once diagnosed, cancer is usually treated with combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. As research develops, treatments are becoming more specific for different varieties of cancer. There has been significant progress in the development of targeted therapy drugs that act specifically on detectable moleculer abnormalities in certain tumors and which minimize damage to normal cells. The prognosis of cancer patients is most influenced by the type of cancer, as well as the stage, or extent of the disease. In addition, histologic grading and the presence of specific molecular markers can also be useful in estabilishing prognosis, as well as in determining individual treatments.
The Sears Tower, a skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois, has been the tallest building in North America since 1973. It Surpassed the World Trade Center, which itself had surpassed the Empire State Building only a year earlier. Commissioned by sears, Roebuck and Company, it was designed by Chief architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan of skidmore, Owings and merrill.
Constuction commended in August 1970 and the building reached its originally anticipated maximum height on May 3, 1973. When completed, the Sears Tower had overtaken the World Trade Center in New York City as the world's tallest building. The tower has 108 stories as counted by standard methods, though the building owners count the main roof as 109 and the mechanical penthouse roof as 110. The distance to the roof is 1450.58 feet (442 m), measured from east entrance.
In February 1982, two television antennas were added to the structure increasing its total height to 1707 feet (520 m). The western antenna was later extended to 1730 feet (527 m) on June 5, 2000 to improve reception of local NBC station WMAQ - TV.
Black bands appear on the tower around the 29th - 32nd, 64th - 65th, 88th - 89th and 104th - 109th floors. These are louvers which allow ventilation for service equipment and obscure the structure's belt trusses which Sears Roebuck did not want to be visible as on the John Hancock Center.
On August 12, 2007, the Burj Dubai in Dubai, United Arab Emirates was reported by its developers to have surpassed the Sears Tower in all height categories.
The Taj Mahal is one of the most beautiful and costly tombs in the world. It is built in memory of Shah Jahan's wife, an Indian emperor. Taj Mahal is shortened from her title Mumtaz-i- Mahal which means 'pride of the palace'. The tomb stands at Agra in the northern India.
When his beloved wife died, Shah Jahan was so brokenhearted and to show his love he decided to build her a beautiful tomb that had never been seen. Then he summoned the best artists and architects from India, Turkey, Persia and Arabia. The building materials came from many countries, including Arabia, Egypt, Tibet and various parts of India.
It took more than twenty thousand men working over period of 18 years to build the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is made of white marble. It rests on eight-sided platform of red sandstone. Each side is 130 feet ( 39.6 meters ) long. At each corner of the platform stands a slender minaret ( prayer tower ). Each tower is 133 feet ( 40.5 meters high ). The building it self is 186 feet ( 56.7 meters ) square. A dome covers the center part of the building.
It is 70 feet ( 21.3 meters ) in diameter and 120 feet ( 36.6 meters ) high. Passages from the Moslem holy book, the Koran, decorate the outside. A central room contains two cenotaphs ( monuments ). Visitors can see the monuments through a screen of carved alabaster. The bodies of Shah Jahan and his wife lie in a vault below. The tomb stands in a garden, where pools reflect the building.
